Checksum Question

this might be a dumb question, but what types of checksum algorithms (if any) allow offset switching?

this is just so i can narrow my search, using algorithm tools, when trying to find checksums. my computer is fairly crappy and takes forever searching for possible checksums even on short files (9kb, lol)

I don't understand

are there any checksums that add in a certain way that values can be swapped or trade their positions without changing the checksum value.

i hope i explained that better, i dont know if its possible or not
