Well it's not a problem with saves as I can find them online. It's just that I need a exploited PS4 to actually dump keys to help figure out the rest of file.

Yes, I am part of the ps4 development team. The Playstation 4 needs to be at a certain firmware though.

Also, when PS4 saves are exploitable will we be able to hack/mod "PS2 on PS4" saves? (Dark Cloud 2 AKA Dark Chronicle) And I realize we are quite a ways from there, just figured I'd ask because reasons.

Off topic: That feeling you get when you notice that you still only have 6 platinum trophies and it's been 2 years since the last one was earned... I seriously need to pick up the slack lol.

The Playstation 4 has to be at a specific software update (1.76). It's vulnerable to an exploit. And once PS4 saves are decrypted, you can decrypt all.

I honestly don't care how much longer it takes, just knowing that we have some progress is awesome beyond measure.

Oh hell yeah Red!!! I knew if anyone could get this shiznit done it would be you!!! Great work. Now if only there was a way to downgrade or get these to work atleast on higher-ish firmwares.

I literally haven't been on the site forever and come and find that one of great crypto/scriptos on the site has made BIG progress on PS4 save decryption. Feels good meng Very Happy

its common sense they are against cheating and that's why there are no official products from them to allow such function.

but they allow you to buy it points/upgrades from the store for some games do they not consider that cheating even if they make money off of it. my point is they could make so much money by releasing an official device and make it single player only device hell they can moniter it also.

yeah some games give you upgrade packs on the PSN store to make the game a bit easy but full blown cheating that makes you to get the trophy easily is ridiculous.
