Do cross-save work or it be examine save??

Do cross save work for game with cross-save feature on PS3 -> PS4?? What I mean is if I being do this:

Edit ps3 save on BSD to add moneys or stats
upload use cross-save feature
load save on ps4 use cross-save feature

will it be work? also will it be detect by sony that save file is being have edited and cheated ?? because it be go through their cloud so they can being scan it?? anyone doing this ever with a PS3 to PS4 save that has being edit by BSD for add cheat and have it work / not flag for cheat??

yes you can do that. ive done it on some games. dead or alive is one and borderlands is another.
