Accessing 'users granted special access' help

I was browsing in the forums and didn't find any help subsection and decided to post it here.

Here's the thing.
Is there any way to access topics with 'users granted special access'?

There's a checksum fixer made by the great 'chaoszage' that I'm interested in but needs users granted special access.
Any way to gain access to these topics?
I came across two topics with these restriction.
I would appreciate any help of this. Thanks.

All of chaoszage's save editors and checksums fixers have been moved to a new section only for VIP.

because of leechers that's why Chaos moved it they go here then they upload it elsewhere.

i assumed that was the case, but i hate assuming. thanks for the information.
i know chaoszage puts a lot of time and effort into their work and i hate to see people stealing others work and/or not giving credit where credit is due.
