PS4 Jailbreak

Just sharing a video I saw. It remind of the early PS3 CFW stages. Let just hope we don't need to use dongle to enter Jailbreak mode again. LOL

I'm hoping for a Bruteforce PS4 version in the future. There is one game I really need to hack. And that is Knack. It is so painfully hard trying to get 10 freakin Diamonds. I don't care much about CFW for PS4. All I want is an save editor for PS4.

BSD for PS4 would being awesome if that ever happen.

Got an android phone or emulator? use gamekiller and played the Knack App. you can unlock alot of items that way. not sure about the diamonds but i got parts for several machines and a few gemstones.

I don't really care about CFW right now for PS4 - play too many online games to risk that right now. but i would love to see BSD for ps4 - i know GG working on one but they'll tie it to a pay for dongle if they can. i prefer free when possible.

Well, a year later and it seems the Jailbreaking updates are frequent:

I would love to see a BSD-like tool come out for saves.  I still do not own a PS4 yet, but I know I will want to modify some saves when that happens.

Isn't the knowledge gained from making CFWs, key to coding save editors?

I have no clue but i hear u can mod gta and call of duty if u know what u doing and on 1.76 fireware only

Well that is progress, given that no cheating of any kind has been possible prior to the exploit. I wonder if Aldo will be interested in making a Bruteforce SaveData for PS4 when the time comes.

It may not be called "Bruteforce Savedata" unless someone gets permission from the original author who goes by name 'Aldostools', who left the PlayStation mod scene almost two years ago (April 2015).  I am sure plenty of tools will come for game-save modding on the PS4, there is just too much interest and also progress being made at a rapid pace.

ya but i think ppl are more concerned on jailbreaking the ps4 and or cfw then actually save editing and stuff
