UCgraveDX or anyone know, seems can't open, already inserted serial number also uninstall & install still same (OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1). tried compatibility still can't.

i think the server is offline when that error message appeared? it happens sometimes on newly installed cse

I am not an expert in japonese but that clearly says error can't conect to the server
So I asume server is not avalible right now

Mine still works fine just test it after reading your message. Double check the CD Key of CSE may be a mistype on one of the character that is causing it
I recall having that issues if one the letters or numbers is not right.
