Worst Day Ever

I never got an email from them. But the customer service did told me why they banned me. It was for downloading Pix the Cat. They said it is only free to PSPlus member, but I am a PSPlus member. Even my trophy card still have the PLUS symbol on it. My PS3 and PS4 isn't banned only my account. I won't buy anything from psn store with my new account.

You can also been banned when your "file" has reached a certain size. And even this is pretty hard to accomplish. Sony will send you a warning to your email first before doing anything else. If you got banned without warning you must've been in deep shit before. There is no exception.

what kind of exploit is that I had my psn for 4 years never been banned although I was CFW back on my old PS3.

It's only a matter of time till they caught up with you if you have traces of CFW on your account and the list of @Ember2012 points out why! If you did shady stuff on either console your account will be banned.
Digital Theft is the biggest reason why CFW is being targeted.

you won't miss out anything anyway games on PS+ this Nov sucks.

You use CFW = instant ban. They don't warn you if you have passed the criteria for an instant ban. Sony doesn't care much about typical online behavior, e.g. spam, hate mail, insults ect. but they will kick your ass if you do anything of the stuff listed in my first post. Dark_Nacho_XD has 806 platinums with the first trophy "earned" on Jan 11, 2008 11:55:15 PM, which means you use CFW (trophies were introduced in July 2008). If somebody is stupid enough to ruin his account with stuff like this they have absolutely no reason to complain about getting banned.

You use CFW. Instant ban (if they catch you).

Yup no matter how much you try to hiding your CFW use by covering your tracks on the PS4 several clues show on your profile that something is a miss and its no question on which action Sony will take.

when was the trophy implemented on the ps3? is it 2008 or 9?

The PS3 trophy system started around 2009 so any games prior to that will not have trophy support. too bad though many non trophy games are really good like Valkyria Chronicles and the First Assassins Creed game are a few as example. Only a few old games have trophy patches like Metal Gear Solid 4. It was a massive patch till the MGS Legacy Bundled came around which Include the patched version of MGS 4 and 2 HD remake of MGS 2, and Peacewalker. I know they sold a pre patched stand alone version of MGS4 but I decided to get the Legacy Version since it was cheap and It include all the game in a bargain price!

The trophy system was introduced with FW 2.40 in July 2008. Games like Uncharted, GTA IV or Burnout Paradise got trophy patches later. Trophies became a mandatory feature for all new games on 1/1/2009.

Speaking of future banned accounts you should take a close look at the 2nd dark_nacho_xd profile you will notice a lot of irregularities one example is the game "Bulletstorm" which it said he plated it 6 years ago which is impossible since that game was released on  Feb 22, 2011 kinda too early based on his first trophy earned on his profile. The 2nd one I would like to point out is the Japanese game "Dai 2 Ji Super Robot Taisen OG" he earned  "ＥＸハードモードクリア - EX hard mode clear on Mar 5, 2014" before doing "ゲームクリア - Game Cleared on Mar 28, 2014" EX mode won't be Unlock if you didn't beat the game first and the rest of the trophy don't add up at all! He tried to neatly cover his tracks but failed in the process since He never actually played the game at all! Nice try!!!!

The first thing I look at is the date of the first trophy. Everything before July 2008 is hacked. Always.

They can track your profile a lot more easier now than they could with PS3. Also, its in their ToS that you don't own the account, so they can ban you without warning and without reason.

I do not denied that I have CFW. But as I stated in my earlier post that I was not banned for CFW or Trophies. Because the day that they banned me; my CFW PS3 and PS4 were still able to Connect to PSN and Online. And I am still able. I didn't mean to start any argument.
