tried booting into "safe-mode"? do you have a lot of other devices connected to your router?

when turning on the ps3 HOLD the power button until you hear a second beep and follow the on screen prompts until you're back at the sign-in screen/xmb. then try to sign-in to the psn. give it a few tries if it doesnt sign-in the first time

Re: PSN Error 80710B36?
you dont need to rebuild anything. just restart in safe mode. exit safe mode and try to sign in.
is it safe for me to assume that you're using cfw?

Re: PSN Error 80710B36?
could just be server flooding or your local isp.

those are most likely connecting to two separate servers. your "local" psn (gaming server) might be having problems.
actually, didn't the cod blops 3 beeta just start a few days ago?
... could perhaps maybe possibly be the culprit?¿?

Re: PSN Error 80710B36?
there are a few tutorials on how to do that on youtube. obviously a wired connection would solve that issue easily.
adding your ps3 to your routers DMZ typically works if a wired solution isnt plausible

Did you try logging unto a sub account? to see if there are no error messages appearing? and to test if the PS3 can still connect to PSN using a different region?

I tried to create another user "user 1" to see and yea it still gave me the same error when I try to sign up a new account, maybe it's on Sony side that has the problem 4 days already.

Re: PSN Error 80710B36?
have you ever had a temporary ban before from the psn?
i know they typically send you a message or email stating how and why you were banned and if you've had a few temp. bans before they may not send a ban message.
i'd say bring your playstation over to your modem/router and try a wired connection. worth a shot.
worst case scenario, call up tech/customer support and see what they say.

Re: PSN Error 80710B36?
I see well must be something else I used to get something like that before but I manage to sign in on may sub accounts may be there is something else and I notice you are on a Hong Kong PSN I know a few friends are on that and they still can sign in and I often see them on my friends list guess its something else hope its nothing serious like the PSN got hack or something like they did last December where I got the same error message as well. I hope the suggestion boogersculptor works since sometime the Wireless connection can give problems from time to time. Wish you luck!!

Re: PSN Error 80710B36?
i definitely hope it isnt another DoS/DDoS attack on the psn. i think i remember hearing that one of those lizard squad members was set to go back to trial soon, so i hope it isnt some kind of retaliation attempt.
i sincerely hope you can get connected again. half a week of no online gaming can be more than just annoying.
bonne chance!

they send me letters about psn+, no not yet it can't be a ban the message should be "You have been ban to PSN you can't use this account anymore", I'm already on wired connection.

Re: PSN Error 80710B36?
Well that's good you were able to login on to PSN. Did you try using other routers on your home to see if that fix the problem? Well Blocking ISP on Sony ends is the last resort if you were caught violating there User Agreement for cheating and abusing there service. I hope you can get your problem fix soon.
